These terms govern your use of the Stello mobile app and this website.
What Stello is
Stello is a tool that helps you understand your money and pay down debt. The financial logic is deterministic and informational. Stello is not financial advice and does not provide financial planning, investment, legal, or tax services. Decisions about your money are yours alone.
Subscriptions
PLUS subscriptions are billed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, managed in your store account, and renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds follow each store's policy. We don't process payments directly.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, abuse, or reverse the service. Don't use Stello to launder, defraud, or anything else illegal. Don't share your account.
Intellectual property
Stello, the wordmark, and the visual identity are owned by TBD — company name. You retain ownership of everything you enter into the app.
Termination
You can stop using Stello at any time and request account deletion (see Privacy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Stello is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Stello is capped at the total subscription fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of TBD — Australian state / country.
